The control body "Exact" of type C at the NCPHP performs measurement and control of the environmental factors. The quality of the work is ensured by highly qualified specialists through modern, high accuracy and well-maintained technical means. NCPHA provides the following free services:

• Giving consent for the implementation of a program for prevention of drug use.
• Giving consent for the implementation of a program to reduce the harm from drug use.
• Gives consent to the implementation of psychosocial rehabilitation programs.
• Giving an opinion on the compliance of programs for treatment with agonists and agonists-antagonists of opioid addicts with Ordinance № 24 of 2004 on the approval of the medical standard "Psychiatry".

NCPHA provides paid services in four main areas:

• Laboratory research, measurements, analysis and expertise;
• Consultations;
• Consultancy and training;
• Providing conditions for training, self-preparation and accommodation of specialists conducting postgraduate training in the dormitory for postgraduate training.

The prices of the paid services are determined in the Tariff for fees, which are collected by the bodies of the state health control and the national centers on the problems of public health under the Health Act. The Tariff was adopted by Decree № 242 of the Council of Ministers of 2007 and by Decree № 311 for amendment and supplement of the Tariff of Fees (promulgated SG, issue 100 / 24.11.2020)

The NCPHA performs according to an approved Price List and laboratory analyzes and activities requested by individuals and legal entities by the NCPHA, which are outside Annex № 1 to Art. 29a of the Tariff for fees, which are collected by the bodies of the state health control and the national centers on the problems of public health, under the Health Act. The price list is developed on the grounds of art. 23, para. 1, items 1, 5 and 9 of the Health Act, Art. 1, para. 3 and Art. 21, item 3 of the Regulations for the structure and activity of NCPHA and has been approved by an order of the Director of NCPHA. The services are provided by an accredited Health Testing Center and an Exact Type C control body and by experts from the National Center for Public Health and Analysis.
